St. Francis Christian School Patriots

St. Francis Christian School provides the opportunity for to students to compete in girls' volleyball, boys' and girls' basketball. The size of St. Francis Christian School allows every student in grades 7-12 to participate in the sport appropriate to him or her. St. Francis Christian School believes the primary purpose of our athletic teams is to glorify the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. We want the behavior of our coaches, players and fans to be that which becomes a Christian. There are several other reasons for our program such as:

  1. Building School Spirit - Sports have the ability to build the loyalty that your students have toward their school.
  2. Teaching Cooperation - Sports, especially team sports, are able to teach students to work together in order to be successful on the field or court.
  3. Building Self-confidence - Student learn they have the ability by God's grace to overcome challenges when they come under pressure. They will also learn to accept defeat graciously.
  4. Meet Players Where They Are  -  Learning to sense each players' needs
spiritually and help them reach spiritual maturity that would honor the Lord Jesus Christ.
